Training with Nellie involves a comprehensive approach to integrating and maintaining the delicate balance between the exercise and nutrition part of your life with all of the other integral components: family, work, leisure time and such. Working out, proper nutrition and a realistic plan to achieve your goals are the foundation for making effective and lasting changes to your lifestyle. There are no generic fitness plans to follow. Every single client is unique with their own history, their particular day-to-day challenges and food likes and dislikes. Why on earth would a new mom trying to get back into her pre-baby body, follow the same exercise and diet regime as the ex-soccer pro who’s looking to rehabilitate his hip while making the switch to golf?
